Bead Inventory List:

    Often we receive orders from new customers that include items that are not available, or items that are temporarily on back order.  It is important for you to recognize the difference as you arrange to place your order.  Our bead inventory is updated each day on the Bead Inventory List.  For example if you are looking for the 6mm bicone shaped bead (# 5301) in colors, you will need to go to this list to see the color options.  On 5/25/05 the first part of this list reads as follows:  (Please take note that this example page was prepared on 5/25/05 and the list changes each day, so you cannot rely on what is written below for the actual current inventory.  This is just a description of how to read our Bead Inventory List.)

    5301-6mm:

    The first item on the list is AB.  This refers to crystal aurora borealis, the clear bead with the iridescent coating.  This is in large font (AB).  This indicates that it is currently in stock.  You will notice that the item, RO, is in small font (RO).  RO refers to the color "rose".  It is in small font because it is temporarily on back order.  We have orders with the factory for this item, but we do not have it today.  You will notice that SUN is underlined (SUN).  This means that we have a few left in stock, but no more factory packages.
    You may order any of the items on this list.  We will ship to you all the items that are in stock, and back order all the items that are temporarily out of stock.  (If you wish to see our Back Order policy, you can go to Back Orders).
    Any plain color that is not listed here is not available.  For example, FO (fire opal) is a special color that is currently available only in the 5000-6mm and 8mm sizes.  If you are unfamiliar with our abbreviations, you can find an explanation on the Color Chart.

Placing orders:

    When you are ready to place an order, you may email your order, phone it in, or fax it to us.  We prefer email orders, because it gives us a clear list of what you want and an easy format for us to reply to you if there are any problems with your order, or any questions that we might have about it.  It also saves us considerable time.  We realize that you may have questions, so by all means call or email us with questions if you have them.
    It is very helpful for us if you will organize your order carefully.  What works best is for you to group your order by Shape, Size and Color (or coatings).  This is true regardless of whether you phone, fax or email your order.

Emailing or faxing orders:

    It is very helpful for us if you will organize your email or faxed orders in a way that is easy for us to read.  This helps to reduce errors in shipping and invoicing.  (For very large orders an attached excel spreadsheet works well.)  For small or medium size orders, the following style works well:

    For our regular customers, we keep your credit card(s) on file.  Please clarify which card to use if you have more than one on file.

Phoning orders:

    Please be organized.  Have a clear list in front of you with what you want.  It is very helpful for us if you organize your list in the same way that emailed and faxed orders are prepared.  We receive many calls from people who first call, and then begin to decide what they want.  We realize you may have questions, but be organized with your questions.  After we have answered your questions, if you need time to reorganize your order, be prepared to hang up and call back when you are ready.

Payment for orders:

    If you are ordering for the first time, we will need to know:
        1. Full name (and business name if you have one)
        2. Address
        3. Phone number
        4. Email address (if you have one)
        5. Manner of payment.
    Most of our customers pay by Credit Card.  You may send your credit card number via email if you wish.  (Many do this by breaking the number into two parts and sending it by two separate email messages for security.)  Be sure to include the expiration date.  Most people prefer to phone or fax there number for added security.  We keep your credit card number on file, so it is not necessary to resend the number each time you order.  If you wish to use a different card, please let us know.

    We have 2 different PayPal accounts (addresses) depending on the type of account you are using.
    Cash Account:  If you are using a "Cash" account, which either is an account that is directly held by PayPal, or if they withdraw funds directly
