Some items, not listed on our web site, can be special ordered from Swarovski.  It helps if you know the Swarovski style number, size and color or coating of the item you wish to order.  All special order items require the purchase of at least one factory package.  For special orders, we must contact the Swarovski web site available to us to see if the item is currently in stock.  If the item is in stock, then the minimum purchase is one factory package.  If the item is not in stock, the minimum purchase can be one package or it can be a very large number of packages.  This varies with the item.
    Important: For most special orders, we require a 25% deposit at the time of your order.  (PayPal orders must be paid in full at the time of your order.)
 

Special Ordering items currently in stock at the Swarovski factory:

    For items currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, the purchase of one factory package is required.  We normally receive delivery in 2+1/2 to 3 weeks.

Special Ordering items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory:

    For items currently not in stock at the Swarovski factory, we must first determine both the required quantity necessary to order, and approximate time of delivery.  For some items we already know the minimum quantities.  For other items it often requires about 24 hours to determine the quantity and approximate time of delivery.

Special Orders

This generates an email message addressed to us.  Include in this letter your name, and the items you wish to order.  Include all the information that you have about the item:  Style number, size, color/coating, quantity, and delivery requirements.  If you must have the item by a certain time, please indicate this.  (If we can't meet the time requirement, then this will save us the trouble of researching all the other information.)  We will get back to you as soon as we can about your request, usually within 24 hours.

Placing a special order:

    When you are ready to place your special order, be advised that once the order is placed, generally speaking, you are required to take delivery.  We can only cancel a special order if we manage to cancel it before Swarovski has actually shipped it.  Once it is on the way to us, we cannot cancel the order.  You will be given a definite price and an approximate delivery date.  Delivery dates are always approximate with Swarovski, and can change without notice.
